Over a day and a half, the programme brings together regulators, scientists and industry leaders to address regulatory developments across the food chain, human nutrition and animal nutrition sectors.
Speakers include representatives from EFSA, the European Commission, DEFRA, IPIFF, ICCF and FEFANA, alongside panel discussions on industry challenges and a showcase of innovation spanning alternative proteins, insect protein, methane reduction solutions and cultivated meat.
