Hill’s Pet Nutrition, a global leader in pet nutrition, has announced two senior appointments to its customer development leadership team. Keith Wilkinson has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Customer Development, while Carolyn Belloni will join the business as Senior Vice President, Customer Development, Hill’s US.
Keith Wilkinson
In his new global role, Keith Wilkinson will drive Hill’s worldwide customer development strategy, expanding the brand’s footprint and strengthening partnerships across international markets. Wilkinson joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2005 as a Customer Marketing Executive based in Ireland. Over his distinguished career, he became Director of Retail Marketing for Hill’s US in 2017 and progressed to General Manager of Hill’s Mexico & Latin America in 2019 before returning to lead the Hill’s US Customer Development Organization (CDO).
During his most recent tenure as Senior Vice President, CDO, Hill’s US, Wilkinson utilized a data-driven approach to redefine the go-to-market model and embedded an omni-commercial planning process with a focus on best-in-class joint value planning (JVP) creation. Through his commitment to talent development, he elevated Hill’s partner of choice status, all of which were instrumental in delivering record sales and sustained share growth for the region.

Carolyn Belloni
As Wilkinson assumes his global responsibilities, Carolyn Belloni joins Hill’s to lead the US CDO. Belloni brings more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience across the pet care and broader consumer packaged goods sectors.
She most recently served as Chief Sales Officer at Targeted Pet Care, where she led commercial strategy. During her tenure, Belloni led commercial partnerships across e-commerce, pet specialty and grocery/mass channels, including major omnichannel retailers such as Chewy, Amazon, PetSmart, Petco and more.
“Carolyn is an exceptional commercial leader with a proven ability to drive step-changes within an organization and build strategic customer relationships at scale,” said Rauf Gurbuz, executive vice president and Hill’s US general manager. “Her deep expertise in the pet category and omni-channel distribution makes her the perfect fit to build upon Keith’s success and lead our US CDO into its next chapter of growth.”
