UFAC-UK announce the sudden passing of David Turnbull

We are deeply saddened to share the unexpected passing of David Turnbull, who was a highly valued member of our team at UFAC-UK. David passed away suddenly at home on Friday 7 November.

David Turnbull, UFAC-UK

David will be remembered for his exemplary contribution to the growth of UFAC-UK in his time with us, initially as Northern Sales Manager, before returning in 2023 to take up the role of National Sales Manager.

A well-recognised and respected face in the industry, David’s career began at Davidsons Feeds, later joining leading animal genetics company Genus, before returning to focus on a career in animal feed sales and nutrition.

Before returning to UFAC-UK, David was appointed National Sales Manager and then Commercial Director at Micron Bio Systems, the UK based bio-science solutions business. He then stepped up to the role of European Sales Manager when the business was acquired in August 2021.

David will be remembered for the positive contribution he has made to our business and our team, and will also be fondly remembered by the many customers he regularly visited across the country.

All of our thoughts at UFAC-UK are with his wife, family and loved ones during this difficult time.

We will share information about memorial arrangements as soon as they become available.
