TechMix, LLC proudly announces the addition of Kate Mulcock as Southwest Bovine Territory Manager. In this role, Kate will be responsible for building strong relationships with producers, providing TechMix’s science-based product solutions, and supporting the health and performance of beef and dairy cattle across the region.
A May 2025 graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Kate has built a solid foundation of hands-on experience in all aspects of feedyard operations. Working at Five Rivers Cattle Feeding during college, she rotated working in the feed, yard, mill and cattle departments. These experiences provided understanding of the challenges and opportunities producers face daily. While in school, Ms. Mulcock also assisted in cattle research collecting biological samples, conducting laboratory assays, and collaborating with graduate students on various projects including the training of student workers.
“Kate’s background makes her uniquely prepared to connect with cattle producers on a technical and practical level,” said Mike Koester, TechMix Bovine Sales Lead. “She’s not just selling products—she’s bringing insight, credibility, and real value to the producers we serve.”
Kate’s certifications in Beef Quality Assurance (Cow-Calf, Feedyard) and training in various veterinary protocols, further enhance her ability to offer data-informed, solution-oriented support to customers. Her leadership experience, including serving two terms as Vice President of the Dairy Science Club, reflects her strong communication and team-building skills—essential qualities in territory sales management. Kate also draws on personal experience from her family’s commercial cattle operation in New Mexico where she still invests much of her free time. She will play a vital role in helping customers achieve healthier herds and better outcomes through informed decision-making and personalized service.
